Returns & exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Swedish consumer law.
Returned items must be:

Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
In these cases, I will offer a full refund or replacement, and return shipping costs will be covered.

Exchanges & store credit
If you would prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, I’m happy to arrange that.
Lost packages
All orders are shipped with tracking. If a package appears delayed or lost, please contact me so I can initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
